Lima Links is a young Zambian Social Enterprise which was set up in August 2016 to connect farmers to the wider agricultural market place via technology platforms. The foundation of our business model is based on a set of findings from a pilot study conducted under the global NGO iDE.
We are a for-profit company that provides technology solutions to a variety of market actors in the Zambian agriculture sector. Lima Links focus is on building ICT tools to drive agri-business growth. Our Agriculture Platform provides farmers with access to live market prices, a range of agricultural products, suppliers and retail prices, and connects farmers to buyers.
Markets across the country
To continually disrupt the African agriculture market by transforming the way business is done for every African farmer with solutions that create transparency, inclusivity, opportunity, and success.
For the farmer to be central to agricultural growth and not on the periphery, we need to ‘do business differently'.
We believe that agriculture companies should have clear market insights of the markets they are operating in.
